Greenhouse Loft’s pricing structure (venue rental price + vendor costs) inherently allows for maximum flexibility when it comes to what you want to provide for your attendees. If you are a tenant of the Green Exchange or are interested in multiple day events, please inquire about special rates.

Our standard 2017 rates for a 10 hour time frame, set up to breakdown (unless otherwise specified) are as follows:

  • $2,500 - Daytime weekday rate
  • $2,500 - Evening weekday rate, 6 hours (Monday - Thursday)
  • $3,500 - Evening weekday rate (Monday - Thursday)
  • $4,900 - Friday evening and Sunday rate (January -April, $4,400)
  • $5,900 - Saturday rate (January-April, $4,900)
  • $300/hr - after 10 hours

Photography Services: Custom pricing to meet your specific needs

Gold Supply Package: $8.50 per person/day
Includes creative meeting supplies (flip charts, easels, sticky notes, markers, pens, paper, tape, etc.), light snacks (nuts, fruit, candy, popcorn, etc.), and beverages (coffee, tea, juices, sodas, water). Everything refreshed as needed, all day long.

Silver Supply Package: $5.50 per person/day
Includes coffee, tea, juices, sodas, and water. Everything refreshed as needed, all day long.

Candle Package: $275
Includes 200+ soy votive candles placed along all of the window sills, ledges, and your tables by our staff, adding a glowing elegance to any evening reception or event.

Outdoor Private Parking: $250 (30 spaces)
Self-park, available to rent AFTER 6pm on weekdays and on weekends

Indoor Private Parking: $450 (50+ spaces, with attendant)
Self-park, available to rent AFTER 6pm on weekdays and on weekends

Second Floor Lobby Space: $250
Available to rent after 5pm on weekdays. Located directly adjacent to Greenhouse Loft, it’s great for cocktail receptions.

Venue Overtime: $300/hour
The daily rental price for Greenhouse Loft covers up to 10 hours, including set-up and teardown time. Overtime rates would apply for any additional time you need beyond the initial 10 hours.

PAYMENT PROCESS

No hidden fees here. We like to be upfront and transparent, it just makes everything easier and we think it’s the right thing to do.

Due with the signed contract to confirm your date(s): 50% of the venue rental.
Due 10 days prior to event: The remaining 50% of venue, 100% of catering and AV, plus any add-ons.
Final Invoice: Sent to you after the conclusion of your event (if applicable), it includes any overtime fees, last minute add-ons and/or copies.
