Our Space


Greenhouse Loft specializes in creating custom business meeting packages tailored to meet your group’s specific needs.

 

GENERAL LAYOUT

Greenhouse Loft is 3,600+ square feet in total, with 12'-16’ ceilings and gorgeous hardwood floors. Depending on your preferences, the space can be used as one large room or divided into two separate spaces using the built-in drapery. The 'Glasshouse' portion of Greenhouse Loft is 2,200 square feet and features floor-to-ceiling windows with panoramic views of the garden and ample natural light. The ‘Loft’ portion of the space is 1,475 square feet and perfect for more intimate sessions or a separate meal area. A permanent countertop island partially divides the 'Glasshouse' and 'Loft' portions of the room.

Additionally, a private prep kitchen and furnished dressing room are attached to the meeting space.  Greenhouse Loft's professional photography studio and administrative offices are directly across the hall.

 

CAPACITY

Attendance capacity for Greenhouse Loft varies depending on your room setup and the type of meeting or event being held. For example, we can accommodate cocktail receptions up to 250 guests, seated meals or theater-style seating up to 200, or a U-shape up to 50 attendees which also leaves room for a separate meal area.

On the other end of the spectrum, some of Greenhouse Loft’s most loyal clients are small and medium sized groups who love the space because they get to spread out and make it their own creative hotbed.

 
 

BREAKOUTS & MEAL AREAS

Depending on the number of attendees, many groups decide to hold their general session in one half of the room and use the remaining portion of the room for breakout clusters and/or a separate meal area.  Additional areas in the Green Exchange building may also be available to rent. Please contact our sales manager for details and pricing information.

OUTDOOR GARDEN

Approximately 8,000 square feet, the outdoor garden functions as a common area for guests and tenants during the day.  It can also be reserved for private events starting at 5:00pm or later for no additional charge (weather permitting).

Greenhouse Loft offers fun, flexible furniture options for your offsite meeting.

Nothing has a way of dressing-up a meeting space like some unique, yet classic and comfortable furniture. We especially love how furniture brings-out the possibilities of a blank space, enlivening it and even impacting how people within that space learn, create, and interact with each other.

Since not all meetings and events are the same, we offer a variety of tables and chairs for your room setup. Of course you are always welcome to bring-in rental furniture from any vendor of your choice, or even mix and match rentals with our items if you prefer.

Our team of quality caterers and vendors help create the perfect corporate event.

Crafting a successful event requires a team of fabulous collaborators. Greenhouse Loft offers creative and fresh turn-key drop off catering packages through Arbor Projects and full service audio visual solutions through outside professional AV vendors.  You may also work with any of our approved caterers directly.  We ask that you select off our approved list for all catering needs, but otherwise we welcome any vendors you'd like to utilize.

Pricing


Pricing


We're not just unique, memorable and sustainable - we're also competitively priced. 

 

Greenhouse Loft’s pricing structure (venue rental price + vendor costs) inherently allows for maximum flexibility when it comes to what you want to provide for your attendees. If you are a tenant of the Green Exchange or are interested in multiple day events, please inquire about special rates.

Our standard 2017 rates for a 10 hour time frame, set up to breakdown (unless otherwise specified) are as follows:

  • $2,500 - Daytime weekday rate
  • $2,500 - Evening weekday rate, 6 hours (Monday - Thursday)
  • $3,500 - Evening weekday rate (Monday - Thursday)
  • $4,900 - Friday evening and Sunday rate (January -April, $4,400)
  • $5,900 - Saturday rate (January-April, $4,900)
  • $300/hr - after 10 hours

OPTIONAL ADD-ONS

Photography Services: Custom pricing to meet your specific needs

Gold Supply Package: $8.50 per person/day
Includes creative meeting supplies (flip charts, easels, sticky notes, markers, pens, paper, tape, etc.), light snacks (nuts, fruit, candy, popcorn, etc.), and beverages (coffee, tea, juices, sodas, water). Everything refreshed as needed, all day long.

Silver Supply Package: $5.50 per person/day
Includes coffee, tea, juices, sodas, and water. Everything refreshed as needed, all day long.

Candle Package: $275
Includes 200+ soy votive candles placed along all of the window sills, ledges, and your tables by our staff, adding a glowing elegance to any evening reception or event.

Outdoor Private Parking: $250 (30 spaces)
Self-park, available to rent AFTER 6pm on weekdays and on weekends

Indoor Private Parking: $450 (50+ spaces, with attendant)
Self-park, available to rent AFTER 6pm on weekdays and on weekends

Second Floor Lobby Space: $250
Available to rent after 5pm on weekdays. Located directly adjacent to Greenhouse Loft, it’s great for cocktail receptions.

Venue Overtime: $300/hour
The daily rental price for Greenhouse Loft covers up to 10 hours, including set-up and teardown time. Overtime rates would apply for any additional time you need beyond the initial 10 hours.

PAYMENT PROCESS

No hidden fees here. We like to be upfront and transparent, it just makes everything easier and we think it’s the right thing to do.

Due with the signed contract to confirm your date(s): 50% of the venue rental.
Due 10 days prior to event: The remaining 50% of venue, 100% of catering and AV, plus any add-ons.
Final Invoice: Sent to you after the conclusion of your event (if applicable), it includes any overtime fees, last minute add-ons and/or copies.
